高速公路交通电气化建设的实践策略阐述

摘 要：在社会经济高速发展过程中，人们的生活质量得到了显著的提升，工业化以及城镇化的发展也在不断地拓展。我国作为能源消耗大国，开展高速公路交通电气化建设是可持续发展的战略方针，对于环境保护与发展有着积极的价值与意义。高速公路交通电气化系统主要就是由储电站、变电站、供电线等供电系统以及管理中心、维修站等基础设施构成的，通过接触网集电的电力汽车构成的公路交通运输系统。电气化高速公路系统对于能源结构的改革创新，以及经济转型发展有着积极的推动作用，是一种绿色的、环保的发展理念。高速公路电气化建设与发展是必然趋势，其可以降低物流成本，减少污染排放量，有效的降低交通事故出现机率，进而提升产品的竞争能力，对于社会经济的发展有着积极的价值与意义。对此，文章主要对高速公路交通电气化建设的实践模式与手段进行了简单的阐述分析。

Abstract： In the process of rapid social and economic development， people"s quality of life has been greatly improved， and the development of industrialization and urbanization is also expanding. As a big energy consumption country， the construction of motorway electrification construction is a strategic policy of sustainable development， which has a positive value and significance for environmental protection and development. The highway traffic electrification system is mainly composed of power supply system， such as storage power station， substation， power supply line， and other basic facilities such as management center and maintenance station. The electrified expressway system has a positive impact on the reform and innovation of energy structure and the development of economic transformation. It is a green and environmental development concept. The construction and development of motorway electrification is the inevitable trend of development. It can reduce the cost of logistics， reduce pollution emission， effectively reduce the probability of traffic accidents， and then improve the competitive ability of products. It has a positive value and significance for the development of social and economic. In this regard， the article mainly analyzes the practice mode and means of Expressway electrification construction.

引言

經济实力的快速增长，使我国在科技、军事以及政治等领域中获得了一定的发展，我国已经成为了世界名列前茅的高速公路大国。我国的高速公路四通八达，贯通东西，形成了高速公路大网。但是，随着能源结构的改革发展，我国的能源紧缺问题逐渐凸显，要想推动我国经济发展，环节能源紧缺问题，就要探究有效的发展模式。而高速公路交通电气化建设可以提升电力资源的利用效率，推动高速公路的持续发展，对于能源结构的改革与发展有着积极的价值与意义[1]。

一、电气化高速公路系统发展背景

（一） 我国石油能源现状

石油能源进口在一定程度上制约了我国经济的持续发展，不利于我国的战略崛起[2]。而随着我国成为石油进口国以来，我国的石油对外依存度逐渐增加。通过对国际能源安全标准分析，可以发现我国石油对外依存度已经超过了50%，这对于石油安全带来极大的威胁[3]。通过国土资源数据分析可以发现，我国已经进入到了石油危险期。根据IEA预测，我国在2020 年GDP，石油需求缺口会高达3亿吨左右。而根据国际能源署的预计分析，在2022年我国石油的需求将净增180万桶/日，其年增长率为2.4%。我国的石油产量在2022年左右就会在380万桶/日左右，相比来说将逐渐减少，因此，我国的石油对外依存度会逐渐提升[4]。
