  1. 目的 Purpose 本程序编写的目的是对惠州乙烯 HDPE、PP 土建基础、钢筋砼建、构筑物的钢筋

 5.施工方法 Construction Method 5.1 一般要求 General requirements 1、进场的每一批钢筋,都应提供出厂试验报告、铭牌;铭牌中提供的炉批号等信息应与出厂试验报告中相符。只有经 TCM 检查验收后才能用于施工。

 Each batch of re-bars delivered to the jobsite shall be provided with manufacturer’s test report and nameplate. Information contained in the nameplate such as batch number etc. shall be in accordance with that in the manufacturer’s test report. Re-bars can be used for construction only after being checked by TCM. 2、钢筋加工应以钢筋下料表为依据。钢筋下料表中应注明钢筋使用部位、规格型号、弯钩形式、弯折半径等详细要求。

 Preparation of reinforcement shall be based on the re-bar schedule, which shall indicate the details of position, specs and types, form of edge bend and bending radius etc. 3、砼保护层指最外层钢筋外边缘至模板内侧距离,在计算钢筋下料长度时应根据此进行调整。Concrete cover refers to the distance from the outside side of outmost layer re-bars to the inner side of formwork. Adjustment shall be made based on this distance when the length of re-bar is taken for cutting.

 4、钢筋调直除锈采用机械调直。Straighten re-bars by machine. 5、钢筋绑扎前,划出钢筋位置线:平板钢筋在楼板上划线、柱筋在主筋对角线上划线、梁筋在架立筋上划线。Mark position line before fixing bars: draw lines on the floor for floor bars; draw a line on the diagonal of main bars for column bars and on erection bar for beam bars. 6、砼浇筑前,保证钢筋表面的清洁度,无污泥、疏松锈层等。Before concrete placement, ensure that the bar surface is clean and free of sludge and loose rust. 7、钢筋锚固及搭接长度要求如下:The fixing and overlap lengths of bars are as follows : a) 锚固长度 La 按下表要 The bar fixing length (La) shall be as per the following table

  5.2 主要工序施工方法 The construction method of the main working procedure 钢筋制作流程如下: The fabrication flow of steel bars is as follows:

 5.2.1 材料验收 material acceptance 进场的每一批钢筋,都应提供出厂试验报告。若无出厂试验报告,则应对进

 场钢筋进行抽查试验。各种规格型号的钢筋应分类堆放。对刚进场还没有报检的钢筋,应挂上待检的标识牌,对资料已提交给 TCM 但还批准使用的钢筋挂上已送检的标识牌,对 TCM 已批准使用的钢筋挂上准用的标识牌。Each batch of bars delivered to the jobsite shall be provided with manufacturer’s test reports. If there is no such report, spot test shall be carried out. Bars shall be stored

  by their specs and types. For those steel bars delivered to the site but not being checked, tag them with a “to be checked” marking card. For those bars whose data have been submitted to TCM but have not been approved yet at that time, tag them with a “submitted for approval” marking card. For those bars which TCM has approved for use, tag them with an “Acceptable” marking card. 5.2.2 钢筋下料制度 The steel bars measurement and cutting 由土建工程师在熟悉图纸的情况下,考虑弯折部分的增减情况后计算得出。可根据钢筋表预先进行下料,检查弯钩长度,弯折半径,及箍筋外皮尺寸,根据检查结果调整钢筋下料表,使加工成型的钢筋尺寸符合规范及 TCM 标准公差要求。对于尺寸较长的钢筋,计算下料尺寸时,考虑锚固、搭接长度及搭接接头位置。The length of the bars shall be calculated by the civil engineer who has made a good study of the drawings, taking the bending parts into consideration. Trial cut of the bars shall be performed according to the bar schedule and check the length of the edge bends, bending radius and the outside size of the hooped reinforcement. Adjust the bar schedule according to the checking results and make the sizes of fabricated bars accord with the specification and TCM tolerance requirement. For the longer bars, take the length for fixing and overlap and the overlap position into consideration when cutting them. 5.2.3 钢筋制品的存放与防护 The storage and protection of the fabricated bars 对已加工成型的钢筋应注明钢筋使用部位、规格型号、数量分类堆放,并挂好标识牌。为防止雨水及地面蒸发水汽锈蚀钢筋,钢筋制品堆放场地底部应做隔离层,隔离层上覆盖防水塑料布,分类堆放的钢筋也用防水塑料布覆盖。For the fabricated bar, give clear indication of position, specs, types and quantity and store them by their specs and tag them properly. Make isolation layers on the

 laydown yard and cover it with water-proof plastic cloth to prevent the fabricated bars from corrosion by rain and ground vapor. 5.2.4 骨架、底网钢筋预制 The prefabrication of frame and bottom net bars 对尺寸较小的基础,可将底网钢筋及柱子骨架钢筋预先成型,再运输至施工现场绑扎固定。For foundations of small size, the bottom net bars and framework bars of columns shall be prefabricated prior to their transportation to the site for installation. 5.2.5 绑扎固定 fixing 1) 柱子钢筋接头采用搭接,基础底板、楼板、梁钢筋接头可采用双面搭接焊,搭接长度为 5d,焊缝宽度应大于 0.7d。焊条采用 E5003,焊条使用前应烘干,存放在保温筒中。钢筋焊接前先预弯,预弯后应保证两根钢筋轴线在同一直线上,施焊时,引弧应在搭接钢筋的一端开始,收弧在搭接钢筋的另一端,弧坑应填满.

 Column bars joints shall be overlapped

  and overlap welding shall be used for foundation slabs, floors and beam bars. The overlap welding length is 5d and the gap shall be more than 0.7d. Use E5003 electrodes to weld the bars and dry the electrodes before use and keep them in quivers. Pre-bend the bars before welding them. Ensure that the axial lines of the two bars align after bending. When welding, start the arc on one end of the overlap joint bar and end the arc on the other end and the arc pit shall be filled.

 2) 对于基础底板及楼板钢筋采用双层钢筋时,在上部钢筋下布置钢筋支撑,防止上部钢筋因自重产生下沉、钢筋弯曲变形。当板厚<300mm 时,支撑钢筋可用φ8;当板厚<500 时,支撑钢筋可用Φ12;当板厚>500 时,支撑钢筋可用Φ16。钢筋支撑间隔 1~2m 布置。形状如下所示:

 If two layers of bars are used for foundation slabs and building floors, set supports under the upper layer to avoid bars deformation caused by the bars weight. When the thickness of the floor <300mm, useφ8 bars as supports; When the thickness of the floor <500mm, useφ12 bars as supports; When the thickness of the floor >500mm, useφ16 bars as supports. Set the supports at an interval of 1~2m. The form is shown as follows:

  3) 梁柱结点可先将柱箍筋套在竖筋上,待梁钢筋安装完成后,再将柱箍筋调整后,绑扎固定。To install the nodes of the beams, put the hooped reinforcement of the columns on the vertical bars and adjust and fix the hooped reinforcement after the completion of the beam bars installation. 4) 钢筋搭接处,应在中心和两端绑扎,箍筋要按设计要求加密布置。柱箍筋接头应交错布置在四角纵向钢筋上,箍筋四角与纵向钢筋交叉处均应绑扎牢固。Fix the bars in the middle and the two ends and set the hooped reinforcement according to design. The joints of the column hooped reinforcement shall be made staggered on the four corners of the vertical bars and the crossing where the four corners of the hooped reinforcement and the vertical bars cross shall be securely fixed. 5) 主梁、次梁、板交叉处钢筋布置,板筋在上,次梁居中,主梁钢筋在下。For bars layout on crossing, the following sequence shall be followed: floor bars on the top, secondary beam bars in the middle and the main beam bars on the bottom. 5.2.6 钢筋保护层 Steel bars cover layer 对基础底板、楼板,可用水泥砂浆垫块垫在底网钢筋上进行控制,对柱子侧面的钢筋保护层,可在水泥砂浆垫块塞入铁丝,将垫块与柱箍筋绑扎到一起。

 Control the bars of foundation bottom and floor by inserting raiser blocks made of sand-cement slurry under the floor net bars. For the side bars cover layers of columns, fix the raiser blocks with embeded wire onto the hooped reinforcement of the columns.
