　5. 模板修复法 方法 Repairing Method 5.1 组合钢模板 Combined Steel Formwork 1) 模板运输时应轻装轻放，严禁抛掷，并应防止碰撞损坏，严禁用钢模板作其他用途使用。This type of formwork shall be handled with care during transportation. Dropping and throwing of the formwork is prohibited and measures shall be taken to avoid damage to the formwork. Use of the formwork for other purposes is forbidden. 2) 模板拆除后应及时归堆整理，专人负责清理表面上的砂浆和砼残渣，用铁铲铲除或用砂纸打磨；涂刷脱模剂或防锈油，按同种规格进行堆放。The formwork shall be collected and stacked in time after removal. Specially-assigned persons shall be responsible for cleaning mortar and residual concrete on the formwork by using shovel or abrasive paper. The formwork shall be applied with release agent or antirust oil and stored by specs. 3) 对变形严重和损坏的模板和配件，宜进行机械整形和修补；维修后不合格的模板严禁使用。For those seriously deformed or damaged formwork and fittings, mechanical reshaping and repairing shall be carried out. The formwork which is still unacceptable after repairing shall not be used. 4) 暂不使用的模板应存放在室内，板底支垫离地面 100mm.Formwork not being used shall be stored indoors 100mm off the ground. 5.2 木、竹质模板 Wood and Bamboo formwork 1) 第一次使用时应涂刷脱模剂，减少木模板吸水变形。This type of formwork shall be applied with release agent when it is used for the first time to reduce deformation of formwork due to water absorption. 2) 拆除时应小心，尽量防止碰撞损坏模板，拆下的模板不得抛掷.Care shall be taken when removing the formwork to prevent any damages to the formwork to the greatest extent. No dropping and throwing of the removed formwork are allowed. 3) 拆下的模板及时铲掉砼残渣，拆除木楞，整理好的模板要存放在室内，以防

　止吸水和太阳暴晒产生变形；室内应通风良好、保持干燥。堆放时应和地面隔离防潮。The removed formwork shall be cleaned in time. The cleaned formwork shall be stored indoors to prevent deformation caused by water absorption and exposure to sunlight. Good ventilation shall be provided indoors. The formwork shall be stacked off the ground to prevent moisture. 4) 对模板变形较严重的应进行校正 ，把模板重叠堆放，下面应平整，上面以重物施压。The seriously-deformed formworks shall be adjusted by stacking them on flat surface in a superposition way and pressure shall be imposed on them by putting heavy load on the top. 5) 在模板双面都不能使用时，表面应加钉 3mm 厚的木三合板再次周转使用，只要在加钉三合板后表面仍能平整的都可以使用；可重复加钉多次面板；模板应双面交换使用。If both sides of the formwork can not be used, plywood of 3mm in thickness shall be fixed on the surface of the formwork for reuse. The formwork can be used if their surfaces are still flat after fixing plywood on them. Fixing of plywood can be done many times and the formwork shall be used on both sides alternately. 6) 清水砼面应尽量使用新模板，和经加钉面层处理后的模板。地面以下和框架柱、梁有抹灰层部位的模板可使用旧模板和变形不大的模板，但应满足施工规范要求。New formwork or formwork that has been treated by fixing plywood shall be used to as much extent as possible for concrete that does not need plastering. Used formwork or formwork with little deformation can be used for position below ground level and the parts of frame column and beam that require plastering, but shall meet the specification requirement. 7) 对于边角已损坏的模板应裁掉边角重新拼装组合；损坏的木楞经刨直后方可使用。For formwork with damaged edges and corners, the damaged edges and corners shall be cut off and reassembled. 8) 模板的使用应根据施工的部位采用相应新旧程度的模板，地上部位优于地下部位使用新模板，地下部位周转次数可相应加多；清水砼构件优于有罩面的砼构件。Formwork of newness of different degrees shall be used based on different construction positions. The priority shall be given to the above ground

　positions and new formwork shall be used for these positions. Reuse times of formwork for underground positions can be increased accordingly. Concrete components without plastering precede that with plastering. 9) 地下部位或有罩面的砼构件可使用周转次数较多的钢模板。Formwork with more reuse times can be used in underground positions and for concrete components with plastering. 10) 模板的修复和弃用应由有经验的木工专人负责，及时挑选不同新旧程度的模板分类堆放，便于加工和保证各部位使用到不同新旧程度的模板；对于不能使用的模板也应及时挑选，并及时弃用；模板供应不足时应及时购买。Repair or discard of formwork shall be decided by an experienced carpenter, who shall select in a timely manner the formwork and store it according to its newness for easy fabrication, ensuring that formwork of newness of different degrees can be used in different positions. Formwork that is unsuitable for use shall also be picked out and discarded. More formwork shall be purchased in case formwork supply is insufficient. 11) 制做好的模板应经过技术和质量人员确认方可用于支设。

　Fabricated formwork shall be confirmed and approved by the engineer and QA/QC engineer before it is installed.
