四、结  语

新旧技术“S型曲线”具有多种特征，这一曲线的演变曾对西方国家产生过重要影响，从西方国家的史实中能够发现诸多启示，从西方国家这些情况与中国当前情况的对比之中能够发现中国新旧技术“S型曲线”演变面临的问题及破解之道。加快新旧技术“S型曲线”的演变有助于中国当前的传统产业的改造、升级并在这一基础上成果实现转型升级，为中国经济的持续中高速增长创造有利条件，这一局面的出现有赖于政府、市场、企业和科研机构等主体的共同努力。

Abstract： New and old technology “S-curve” has many characteristics， such as periodicity， reality and variation. The evolution of this curve has had an important impact on western countries. We can find much enlightenment to China under the new normal of economy from the historical facts of western countries. It can be found in comparison with Chinese current situation that China is faced with many problems in the evolution of new and old technology “S-curve”. To solve these problems effectively will help China’s economy to achieve medium-high growth in stability.
